Forward rotation 90° closes valve high pressure 3 way ball valve. Counter-rotation 90° opens valves 1 4 high pressure ball valve.
When the actuator's direction arrow is parallel to the pipeline, valves high pressure 3 way valve are open; when the arrow is perpendicular to the pipeline, valves 3 4 high pressure ball valve are closed.
